Personal Letter

“It is only the TIME that can allow us to do the things that can contribute positively to Life on Earth. I see Life, as a Tourist Trip, with an uncertain duration of Time. An incredible opportunity to get to know this Planet. For this reason, I am very curious, I do many questions and I try to live my Life guided by Purpose, to minimize mistakes and improve with them. Only in this way can I go on changing Destinies.”

I`m writing and looking the Cascais sea, on the balcony of my room, in the inspiring Grande Real Villa Italia https://www.granderealvillaitalia.realhotelsgroup.com/pt-pt/, where the last king of Italy lived.
I believe in the Present as a true Gift, offered by Past. Which depends of little things. And, this project was created thinking that this management techtool wants to be this. A Gift for future generations, helping leaderships through simple procedures, to be seen as "peace builders".
Work is the source of profit and of the positive and negative impacts that organizations have on society. Work can be a source of comfort and security. Work can also help us in our self-realization.
This project is part of my self-realization. I started to research about Spirituality at Work in 2008. I was going through a very difficult time, my daughter was 8 years old. I had 3 jobs to pay expenses, including my master's and Phd.
2024 will be the year? I hope!
I deliver this "child" to the world.
I wrote the book "Spirituality 4.0", which aims to clarify what is and what is not Spirituality of Organizations. https://www.amazon.co.uk/Spirituality-4-0-New-leading-approach/dp/9893338603
The preface was kindly written by our Nobel Peace Prize José Ramos-Horta, the President of Timor-Leste. Which makes perfect sense! Our meeting happened by chance, at an event in Portugal.
This book also has the collaboration of two wonderful human beings:
Gonçalo Quadros - Critical Software co-founder - https://criticalsoftware.com/pt
Germano Almeida - international politics expert, television commentator and author of s several books
