Maria Joelle the Founder and CEO of this project. A strong passion with meaning and purpose. She believe that this project will become an example for the management approach “spirituality at work”, which will have a strong impact wherever it goes!
She was born in France and she lives in Portugal, Coimbra and have reconciled family, academic and work life.
Currently, she is university professor and specialist in spirituality of organizations. And, among the many things she done, she was co-founder: Jusanté fruit concentrate. This drink received 2 awards: Consumer Choice and Innovation Award (2017)
She is a true embodiment of resilience and perseverance.
From a young age, she embarked on a journey of continuous learning and hard work, starting her studies and employment at the tender age of 15. Despite facing numerous challenges along the way, including period of homelessness and cure yourself of an illness, she refused to be defined by adversity.

Fernanda Prates Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Fernanda Prates is a dynamic professional with extensive experience in international business management. A native of Brazil, Fernanda now operates out of New York City, where she has refined her expertise in navigating the complexities of the global market.
She is driven by a passion to contribute significantly to impactful corporate projects, making her an exemplary candidate for collaborative international initiatives. Known for her resilience and adaptive prowess, Fernanda excels at overcoming challenges in diverse business landscapes, consistently leading projects to successful outcomes.
With a deep-seated commitment to creating positive change, she aims to apply her global vision and strategic insights to foster sustainable development and innovation. Fernanda's proactive nature and dedication to excellence make her a vital asset to any team aspiring to push boundaries and achieve remarkable success on the global stage.
She is an amazing woman, master in Business and Marketing. She had studied in Coimbra (Portugal);Nova York (US); Belo Horizonte (Brasil).
