Spirituality at Work Crib as Maslow claimed
The role of spirituality at work was identified by Maslow in The Pyramid Human of Needs as a
self-actualizing need. When people are committed with intangible being-values, they are committed with
themselves and with the well-being of their groups and community.
This concern is linked with the need to promote fair societies in which the worker is not an input
throughout the productive process, as expressed by the Social Justice Declaration for a fair
globalization
at the International Labor Organization:
“The work allows humanity to be taken to a collective prosperity”
